Hosting and shop system

Our online shop runs on the Shopify platform. The provider is Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. When you visit our shop and place an order, your data (e.g. IP address, order and customer data) is processed on Shopify’s servers. Data may also be transferred to Shopify Inc. in Canada and to service providers in the USA. Canada has an adequate level of data protection according to the European Commission; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. 4. Payment and shipping service providers

As we sell tattoo supplies, we pass on data to transport and payment service providers in order to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Shipping service providers

To deliver the goods you have ordered (e.g. tattoo inks, hygiene products, power supplies), we work with logistics companies. The following data is passed on to them for delivery: name, address and – if you have consented – email address/phone number for parcel notification.

Depending on the destination country, we use: DHL, DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, DPD and Österreichische Post.

Payment service providers

We integrate payment services from third-party companies on our website. When you make a payment, your payment data (e.g. name, purchase amount, bank details, credit card number) is processed by the payment service provider for payment processing.
