   By signing up for this program, you agree not to sell Intenze Products on third-party websites such as eBay, Alibaba, Walmart, Temu, or any other 3rd party platforms without prior written authorization from Intenze Products. Unauthorized third-party sales may result in the termination of your account and you may be held liable for any legal fees and costs associated with any damage caused to the Intenze brand by such unauthorized sales.
3. Restrictions on Product Handling:
   Volume discount purchasers are not considered distributors and are expressly prohibited from rebottling, altering, or misrepresenting our brand or themselves as distributors of our products for any reason. Our products should be used and presented in their original state and packaging.
4. Account Review and Access:
   Intenze reserves the right to review and assess accounts at any time. We may remove, suspend, cancel, or ban the ability to purchase from Intenze at any time if we believe there is a violation of our terms and conditions or if we have reason to suspect unauthorized activity.
5. Account Usage Restrictions:
   You agree not to allow anyone outside of the registered party to use or utilize your account for volume discounts. Your account is for your exclusive use and should not be shared or transferred to other individuals or entities.
6. Resale License and Tax Liability:
   If you do not have a valid resale license, you may be subject to additional taxes in accordance with your local tax regulations. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws.
7. Non-Stackable Discounts:
   Volume discounts do not stack on top of other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise by Intenze. In the case of overlapping promotions, the greater discount will typically apply.
