Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
In order to receive a full refund, ink bottles cannot be opened or tampered with. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping expenses unless the reason for return is our fault. Refunds will be issued only once we have received the returned item(s). Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process after receiving the product.
IMPORTANT Notice - By shopping on this website, the purchaser acknowledges that INTENZE sells a fully compliant EU - REACH approved tattoo ink, and that the purchase of any non REACH approved tattoo ink from this website for use in the EU or any other country that follows the REACH regulations for tattoo ink, does so at their own risk and legal liability. The purchaser also acknowledges and agrees that INTENZE shall not be responsible for any problems that may occur during importation of any non EU-REACH compliant tattoo inks into the EU and that INTENZE will not issue a refund for any non EU compliant tattoo ink that does not clear customs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@intenzeproducts.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Industriezeile 1, Objekt5, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Styria, 8401, Austria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note, INTENZE is not responsible for International Customs fees outside our control which may not be accurately reflected on the website.
